• Generating AI‑based workouts, reflections and insights;

All user data is stored securely through encrypted cloud databases provided by our platform partners (such as Glide and Google Cloud). We implement strong administrative, technical and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

You control your data at all times:

• You can request deletion from within the app using the “Confirm Account Deletion” button.
• Once confirmed, your account and associated data are flagged for secure, irreversible deletion within 48 hours.
• After this process, all personal data, logs and content are permanently erased from our servers.

5. AI Features

Certain features in So(u)l use artificial‑intelligence technology to generate workout suggestions, motivational quotes and reflective content. These AI tools only process the limited data necessary to generate results and do not store or reuse your personal information.

So(u)l is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect or store information from minors.
