Welcome to So(u)l — an AI‑powered wellness and fitness application owned and operated by So(u)l App Technologies LLC (“So(u)l,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the So(u)l mobile or web application (“App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use So(u)l. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the App only with consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Purpose of the App
So(u)l provides tools for personal wellness, including:
- Fitness dashboards and progress tracking
- AI‑generated workout plans and motivational content
- Journaling, mood logging and vision‑board features
The App is designed for informational and self‑development purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.
- You may delete your account at any time using the “Confirm Account Deletion” button within the App, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes;
- Upload, post or share content that is offensive, explicit or violates another’s rights;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell the App or its AI outputs;
- Interfere with the App’s servers or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and features within So(u)l — including logos, designs, text, videos and AI‑generated materials — are owned or licensed by So(u)l App Technologies LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
6. AI‑Generated Content
Some app features use artificial intelligence to create workouts, reflections or motivational messages. AI results are provided “as is” and may vary in accuracy. By using these features you agree to use the content responsibly and acknowledge that So(u)l is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
If you subscribe to So(u)l Premium or any paid feature:
- Fees are billed through the App Store or Google Play using your selected payment method.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Refunds are handled by the respective app marketplace.
8. Limitation of Liability
So(u)l App Technologies LLC is not liable for:
- Injuries, damages or losses resulting from use of workouts or fitness plans;
- Technical issues, downtime or third‑party service failures;
- User‑generated or AI‑generated content.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Pennsylvania state or federal courts.
